Zweitens wird befürchtet, daß die fortschreitende wirtschaftliche Integration zu einer Verarmung der unqualifizierten Arbeitskräfte in den reichen Ländern führt. Die vorliegende Arbeit behandelt ausführlich sowohl die Sorge um die relative Schlechterstellung unqualifizierter Arbeitnehmer im Zuge der wirtschaftlichen Integration als auch die "Fairness"-Frage, die stellvertretend für andere betroffene Politikbereiche, am Beispiel der Umweltpolitik erörtert wird.
